After the unfortunate cancellation of the APS meeting in Denver this week, we are left with probably dozens of nice talks that are otherwise wasted. Since most of us are presumably here this week and there is no scheduled QMC talk on Thursday, we will run an impromptu session of our own on Thurs 2-4pm in 1201 to present a good portion of the 10-minute talks to our internal audience.
Please let us know your interest in giving a talk on Thursday by listing your name and talk title on the google doc and we will organize the schedule accordingly. If there is time we can add 1-2 invited talks (QMC had at least six!) perhaps truncated to fit in, or schedule them in on another date.
